We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll be happy to work with you to find a solution.

We do accept exchanges. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will ship out your replacement.
