Handmade Products

All of our products are handmade with care. Because each item is handcrafted, slight variations in pattern placement, color, and sizing may occur. These differences are normal and make each piece unique.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is required at the time your order is placed. We reserve the right to update prices, product descriptions, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Tima's Headbands is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.
